Good to know
What counts as a clip?
Every video (MP4 or WebM), PNG sequence or After Effects package you export. A single PNG still is free and does not count. An export you cancel, or one that fails, gives its clip back.
When do my clips come back?
On the 1st of every month (UTC). Unused monthly clips do not carry over; extra clips never expire. Clips you used this month on Free count toward Pro's 100 when you upgrade.
How do I cancel Pro?
Any time, from your account or on Cancel contracts here. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for, then you are back on Free. Extra clips you have left wait for you if you come back to Pro.
Which payment methods can I use?
Stripe's checkout shows what is available in your country: cards, and often Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA Direct Debit and others. Invoices are in your account under Manage billing.
